How We Use SMS

CLYR Health ("CLYR," "we," "our") may send SMS text messages to patients who have explicitly opted in to receive them during the online intake process. All messages are transactional and directly related to your active treatment.

Types of messages we send:

  • Treatment approval notifications
  • Prescription and medication status updates
  • Shipping and delivery tracking information
  • Appointment reminders and provider follow-up requests

We do not send promotional, marketing, or advertising messages via SMS.

How You Opt In

During the CLYR Health intake process at clyr.health/intake.html, patients are presented with an optional SMS consent checkbox in the Consent & Agreements step. The checkbox reads:

I consent to receive SMS text messages from CLYR Health regarding my treatment status, shipping updates, and appointment reminders at the phone number provided. Up to 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy.

This checkbox is not pre-checked and must be actively selected by the patient. SMS consent is optional — patients can complete the intake and receive treatment without opting in to SMS messages.

Only patients who complete the intake form and actively check this box will receive SMS messages from CLYR Health.

Message Frequency

Up to 10 messages per month. Message frequency depends on the status of your treatment (e.g., approval, shipping, follow-up reminders). Actual frequency is typically lower.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. CLYR Health does not charge for SMS messages, but your wireless carrier's standard messaging rates apply.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from CLYR Health. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent.

Opting out of SMS does not affect your treatment, prescription, or account status with CLYR Health.

Privacy

Your phone number and SMS opt-in status are protected under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, share, or distribute your phone number or opt-in data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Supported Carriers

SMS messages are supported on all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
