No. It is a compounded prescription, not an FDA-approved drug. In October 2026, HHS said FDA does not intend to take enforcement action against state-licensed 503A pharmacies that compound KPV for individual patients while it completes its review. That is not an approval.

Get first accessKPV is a compounded prescription and is not FDA-approved. It is available only after a licensed provider independently reviews your health history and determines that it is appropriate for you, and it is prepared for you by a state-licensed 503A pharmacy. In October 2026, HHS announced that FDA does not intend to take enforcement action against qualifying 503A compounding of certain peptides, including KPV, while it completes its review. That policy is not an FDA approval. Most research on KPV is early, and its long-term safety in people has not been established. Do not start any peptide on your own, and do not use products sold for research use only. Tell your provider about every medicine you take, and about pregnancy or breastfeeding, cancer, liver disease, kidney disease and allergies. Individual results vary.
