- Hims, weight loss (hims.com/weight-loss): medication options are marked "Membership required." The footnote says an active Hims Weight Loss Membership is required, "$39 for the first month, auto-renews at $149/month thereafter," that the membership "is billed separately," and that the membership fee is not included in the medication price.
- Hims, ED (hims.com/erectile-dysfunction): products listed "Starting at" monthly prices, with the note that "Actual price to customer will depend on product and subscription plan purchased."
- Hims, hair (hims.com/hair-loss): products listed as monthly prices, for example finasteride "Starting at $22 per month" and finasteride and minoxidil combinations "Starting at $35 per month."
- Ro, weight loss (ro.co/weight-loss/pricing): "Two separate charges." The membership is $39 for the first month, then $74 to $149 a month depending on the plan; $74 a month is the 12-month plan prepaid annually, and a monthly plan is $149 a month. The page says the cost of medication is not included in the membership fee.
- Mochi (joinmochi.com): $39 for the first month as a promotional rate for new subscribers, after which the monthly membership fee is $79 a month. "Medications and diagnostic services not included in membership subscription." The page also says "Cancel anytime" and that promotional pricing is not available in all states.
- Mochi, hair (joinmochi.com/hair-loss): the same membership terms apply, with medication listed separately, for example oral finasteride and minoxidil "As low as $43."
Ro's ED and hair pages did not list pricing publicly as of September 27, 2026. We have not added a membership and a medication line together for any company, because their pages do not publish a single total and promotions vary. To compare, add the two lines yourself from the clinic's own page.
ED: what you pay at CLYR
- CLYR Tempo, an on-demand mint tablet: $129 for 10 tablets or $258 for 30, billed once. Nothing renews and there is no membership fee. Tempo is a compounded combination and is not FDA-approved as a finished product.
- Tadalafil 5mg daily: $124.99 for 90 tablets, billed once, about $1.39 a day. This is an FDA-approved generic. No subscription and no auto-renew.
Hair: what you pay at CLYR
The Men's Hair Tablet combines oral minoxidil 2.5mg, finasteride 1mg, and zinc 10mg in one daily tablet. It is $149 for 90 tablets, billed once, about $1.66 a day, with the provider review and shipping included. No subscription and nothing to cancel. It is a compounded combination and is not FDA-approved.
GLP-1: what you pay at CLYR, honestly
CLYR does not charge a membership fee for weight care, but GLP-1 plans are recurring medication plans, not one-time packs. Here is how they bill, as listed on the product pages:
- Compounded tirzepatide + B12: a $149 starter month, then $199 a month on 8-week cycles ($398 billed once per cycle). Monthly plans are $249, $329, or $399 by dose tier, and can be canceled anytime.
- Compounded semaglutide + B12: from $130 a month on 8-week cycles ($259 billed once per cycle). Monthly plans are $169, $199, or $229 by dose, and can be canceled anytime.
The consultation, medication, syringes, and cold-chain shipping are included in those prices. Compounded GLP-1 medications are not FDA-approved. A licensed provider decides whether a GLP-1 is appropriate and at which dose.
What renews and what does not at CLYR
